After emailing in August and again in September to ask what the delay was I finally received a response on October 9th of "were gathering info to investigate" followed by this on October 15th.



Nothing since October 15th ?
Basically the same response the last time I called PCNA. I'm not hopeful that I'll ever see anything with this but will keep bugging them.

Welp, got my answer. Denied.

The reason given was that I purchased the replacement charger before the campaign began.

I've sent a response asking if there is any further recourse. I also noted that the issue was present prior to their formal recall, forcing some into the purchase of a charger in the timeframe they are saying it's ineligible. I don't understand how recognizing the issue could cause harm earlier than they did should be punished ?‍♂

This is interesting, when did campaign began. I know the letter stated that to submit it by August 31, 2024 to get the reimbursement. I purchased my EVSE in April of 2023 and submitted for reimbursement in February 2024 and got full reimbursement as a Service Voucher next day by e-mail.

What?!? I bought my EVSE in September of 2023. ?

I sent my request on exactly 3/19/2024 and submitted my EVSE purchase below:

I understand your position, and I apologize that the response you received did not meet your expectations. However, I want to assure you that our APB6 specialist has carefully reviewed your submission. Unfortunately, because the reimbursement program for customer claims did not begin until around 2/9/24 and ended 10/14/24, your submission does not qualify.
Disappointing but at this point not surprising.
