"Relay error" on PMCC

Last night, for the first time, I had a failed charging session. When I checked the PMCC, it was lit up in red with the message "Relay error". I rebooted the PMCC and restarted the charging session, and it now seems to be going ok. Has anyone else seen this? I don't recall it being mentioned on the forum.
