Roof Ambient lighting

Forgive me if this has been asked before. I did a search but couldn’t find anything. In the ambient lighting page there is a slider for the roof lighting. However I don’t see anything come on or off with it. Does anyone have pictures of where the lighting is on the roof?

It adjusts the overhead lights between the driver and passenger

Hmm I don’t have any overhead lights that I noticed. Does it go around the glass roof?

In the over head console, there's two small LED lights, you can notice them when it's dark. There are no lights that go around the roof. The lights are very subtle. They are close the the overhead map/entry lights.

As a heads-up, I think this is a bug. That slider in ambient lighting does NOT control the roof lighting. That's done thru the main settings menu under display brightness.

The things under my ambient lighting menu are all misnamed. "Roof" controls the center console storage area for example. I'm guessing yours may be the same.

Yeah, I'm learning that Porsche is really miles behind of some of the other brands on tech. The driving experience is really pretty nice, but that is not an excuse for just having crappy technology.
