If you have the 3D version - 4 physical cameras and 4 virtual with the ability to spin an image of the car then you're out of luck - side view / kerb view only on 360 panoramic view (the version below the one you have).I can't remember 100% if I had the side camera view on the previous Taycan, or probably I'm messing up my brain with my partner's Tesla...but I'd like to understand why I don't have it while other cars do even with more/less optionals.
I reckon to have everything, 3D surround view, active parking assist (not remote with the app), Maneuvering assist (it always causes me heart attack because while parking it just slams the brake without notice while it sounds if car/pedestrian are rear crossing!).
What am I missing?! Is it a possible bug?
Thanks
A reason not to pay more for less!Same with mine facelift 4S ST... I miss the side view I had with the previous Taycan
Yep it could easily be a optional view ?A reason not to pay more for less!
Don't understand why it isn't included.
Assigb to one of the two joker / diamond keys to bring up Park Assist.Ah..that’s ok then..
To be honest, I use virtual cameras and aerial view everyday, difficult to select them but lets don’t talk about that now!
I understand that the aerial view is somehow better, I use it while parking close to a kerb (it’s the real video anyway), but due to watching the kerb from the top, it’s less intuitive to understand the distance between wheel and kerb
No.side view = cross traffic? If that's what you're referring, my understanding is it's part of the Park Assist package.
