yes, I am collecting kind of evidence that this timestamp is crap.
(but it was reflecting true last sync before the back end migration)

Mine shows 22.06.2022 08:29, which is the time I picked it up from the dealer after applying recall updates.

can you guys do me a favour: and check the date of the last synchronization of PCM with the backend?
you find this info slightly hidden in the accounts menu:
then you need to scroll down to see the timestamp.
my last sync is out dated and showing the days of backend migration.
What date is your cars show? pls only date and MY, no pic :)
I have 2022 4S in US. That sync date entry is not shown/listed when I look at settings...accounts....main user... <...>. I was able to find in settings...privacy/porsche connect...legal:
software version 5.5.1 ; text version 20210414#10.

I got the "no remote access" message on app after resetting my 4 digit security code on MyPorsche. (That will teach me not to forget the code.) The code reset seemed to work, because I was able to logout of my main user account, and then log in, using the new code.

@sotiris Thanks for your post and your detailed updates. I'm glad your connection problem was resolved.
I'm in the US, and my MyPorsche app no longer has remote access to the vehicle. I'm going to see if Porsche customer support can get this fixed. If not, will try the 12-volt battery disconnect.

I'm in the US and have been having this problem since July 2nd. Not access to the car from the APP and no LTE in the car. I have tried everything except for disconnecting the battery. I am about to try that now. Would rather be able to fix it on my own then deal with a busy dealership. Porsche screwed something up for sure here. Has nothing to do with the car.

I'm in the US too and I know Porsche support cannot get it fixed without having to take it to the dealership. So I am about to try disconnecting the battery. I will let you know how it goes.

I just reset my battery for 7 minutes which was SUPER easy (Anyone can do it). I then checked to see if it fixed my connection and unfortunately it didn't. It still has a line through it and is not working. I'm guessing now my only course of action will be to take it to the dealership which is frustrating and wastes my time. The LTE connection in my car hasn't worked since July 2nd. Technically the car works fine outside of that but I want my Apple Car play and app working correctly.

Would love to hear what others have done as well.

An advice from me: When I reset the battery, it didn’t work immediately for me. Try again in 3+ hours in a place with a good connection, and most importantly check the privacy mode, because sometimes it got activated in my car randomly during these last days.

@Adam33 Thanks for sharing results of disconnecting battery.
Your situation is somewhat different than mine. My car has a data connection. LTE symbol is displayed in upper right of PCM display. But MyPorsche app on phone and desktop have error indicating "Activate remote access authorization" and instructions to do that in the car. (Instructions which do not work.)

In MyPorsche desktop app's list of configurable services, it shows that a few of the connect services are working, including online software update and navigation plus. My car has LTE data connection. But the app believes remote access is not authorized. Many other remote services such as car control, unlock/lock, sound horn, are not available, per MyPorsche.

If your car does not have LTE data connection, then the issue is more than an app not working. Have you tried moving the car to a place with better cell reception to see if at least you can get data access/LTE in the car?

Ah, ok yeah, we are experiencing 2 different things. With regards to my LTE data connection, yes I have driven all over.. it is not a situation to where I don't have a clear signal. I have had my car for 8 months now (2020 Turbo S) and it has worked perfectly fine and then all the sudden on July 2nd the LTE stopped working which sucks because my app won't connect to my car now and Apple car play won't work as I cannot connect via blue tooth, etc. I called Porsche and they said I needed to bring it in as it wasn't something they could fix. My last ditch option was to disconnect the battery but that didn't work either. So now I have to bring it in.
