I am going to try the post from another thread and disconnect the 12v for 30 min and the fuses. Then do the 2 finger salute and log in and out of the PCM and the app. I have done all of those, but not in that order. Will report back, but sounds like its heading to the shop Tuesday.:( Maybe they can reset my service requirement that says "now" yet was all done last year.
Thank you for sharing results from your actions to fix. My guess is that if removing power once to related hardware, either by removing fuses or disconnecting 12v battery, does not work, the no-LTE problem is not something that an owner can correct.
If you delete your PorscheID from the PCM while datacom is not present (no LTE), you will not be able to re-enter it and will have to use guest mode.
If the dealer has to fix it, please find out what specifically they did.
Good luck.

Thanks. I purposely did not remove myself from the PCM. I did switch to Guest and then log back in and I turned privacy on and off. I have an appointment, but was hoping it was just a reboot of the com device. Guess they will have to do what the email said which was de-activate Flight Mode 5 times.

Mine did this and didn’t have lte for a month. Left it for a week while on vacation and it had internet when I landed. Go figure.

Just to update the post for anyone in the future. My car was able to re-establish the LTE connection after I pulled the A 11 and the C 1 fuses in the driver footwell (LHD). It was not immediate, but maybe 24-36 hours later. I did not disconnect the 12v.

Same difference - hard reset - and easier to do.

Odd it took so long though which makes me think was it coincidental perhaps?

I've had mixed results from pulling fuses. It's worked twice and left things unchanged twice.

The dealer fixed it both times with a hard reset.
