Thank you for sharing results from your actions to fix. My guess is that if removing power once to related hardware, either by removing fuses or disconnecting 12v battery, does not work, the no-LTE problem is not something that an owner can correct.I am going to try the post from another thread and disconnect the 12v for 30 min and the fuses. Then do the 2 finger salute and log in and out of the PCM and the app. I have done all of those, but not in that order. Will report back, but sounds like its heading to the shop Tuesday.Maybe they can reset my service requirement that says "now" yet was all done last year.
If you delete your PorscheID from the PCM while datacom is not present (no LTE), you will not be able to re-enter it and will have to use guest mode.
If the dealer has to fix it, please find out what specifically they did.
