Taycan Seat Memory and Comfort Entry Issues

My Taycan's seat memory and comfort entry features seem to be malfunctioning. Previously, the seats would automatically move back when exited the vehicle and auto adjust when entering the vechile. Now, this function no longer works. Furthermore, using the button for my saved position (number 1) only partially adjusts the seat. It moves a short distance when I press the button, but requires me to hold it down for full adjustment.

Have anyone else experience this?

One touch only works in certain situations - with the drivers door open and car powered off. If door closed and powered on then you have to hold.

Check your memory settings in the PCM that the Comfort Entry option is still ticked (and any related options for locking / unlocking). Failing that, use the other key to unlock / lock to see what happens.
