Just thought I would ask the people in the know….my 2023 Taycan Turbo S is back at Porsche due a few issues (as below), but I got a unusual call from the Porsche Service team asking me if I had taken the car to another garage as they couldn’t talk to my car…dont suppose anyone else has had this?

1. preconditioning not working, says there is an error and it’s not available.
2. Hot and cold heating not working.
3. Can’t do the software updates as it say PCM can’t be used as insufficient charge even when at 90% charge.
4. Jerky initial acceleration.
5. Sat nav keeps resetting during a journey.

1. Had this.
Pressure sensor in the a/c defective, replaced under warranty.
2. Had this.
Relates to #1.
3. It has to do with your 12V battery, not your HV battery.
4. Never had this (Turbo S 2020 here too, from new)
5. Known problem, there's an update.
Meanwhile disable nearby chargers on the route or something like that.

Grtz Dee.

Thanks Dee,
Appreciate the prompt response 👍🏻
Mine is under warranty, so hopefully it will all be covered…the Porsche garage started to say to me that if things start to work while the technician is looking at it, then the technicians time is recoverable as there is not a fault. Bloody stupid as the heating and preconditioning issue is intermittent, but I have photo evidence and o showed them when I dropped it off 🤦🏻‍♂️
