In Palm Springs for the week, I've seen more Panameras (3) than Taycans (2). Surprising

We go to Palm Springs all the time - love The Tropical for a nice meal and atmosphere.

In the past two days, as I queue at a light at a busy intersection for a street that's a key north-south corridor that connects North Bay and peninsula , on 2 occasions I saw two Taycans pass the intersection:

1. Mamba Green + Black (j1.1 sedans)
2. Frozen blue j1.2 + Audi E-Tron (sedans)

The bay area has exploded!

I was driving next to a Panamera last weekend - both cars look remarkably similar (though I prefer the Taycan) so I understand why Porsche may want to merge the two lines. We don't see that many Taycans otherwise here in Oz.

The J1 is derived from the MSB platform They have similar frame design, one allows for battery the other for ICE and hybrid.

Went to Home Depot last week and as I exit the store and I’m walking towards my car, a father and grown man are walking ahead of me by like 10 feet. They don’t see me walking behind them and the dad asks “nice car, what is it?” And the son goes “it’s a Panamera”

Different intersection, in the same area of CA-1, saw two Taycans at lights. Though one of them doesn't count, it belongs to my neighbor a block away
