The 2% yes. But the other 2.1% (CRITICAL) means those batteries were critical in a dangerous state and the car should not be driven in that condition for the risk of fire / electrocutionThat 2% does not mean there is 2% with failed batteries, it means there is over some period of time 2% of cars where battery was not fixed in the past and is about to fail.
This 2.1% is the dangerous one, and it's related to the bug I've been moaning about since late 2022 where the BMS lets the car drive with dangerous isolation.... this has not been fixed ARB6/ARB7 software update.
Those same conditions still remain in place that when met cause the BMS to oversee poor isolation!
