I am trying to come up with a realistic cost of owning a used Taycan. I have spent a fair amount of time looking over this forum and have obviously come across a lot of posts that detail . . . issues with the car. It seems to me that buying a CPO used Taycan and pairing that with a VSP that extends past the CPO coverage is the best way to go.
I found a post that provided the VSP agreement provided by Porsche and read it over. It seemed like there were A LOT of exclusions beyond the battery. I haven't read through other 3rd-party agreements.
So I am looking for people's real-life experiences with the VSP offered by Porsche or any other third-party plan.
What kinds of issues did you have that the plan covered?
What kinds of issues did you have that the plan DID NOT cover?
If you ended up going with a different third-party plan, was it due to material differences in what was covered/excluded? If so, which plan did you go with?
