I didn’t know about the panamera doors, that’s a pretty nice feature. Do they still do that in the current models?

After 15 years of continuing to own a Cayman, 911S, Pamamera and Cayenne, suffice it to say I love these cars, and look forward for the Cayman E being simply amazing and akin to a baby Taycan..
I can't wait...

Most of my wishes should be quite simple to deliver, except the car size one.
  • Better software.
  • Reliable software.
  • Better cameras all-round. And use these for security / dashcams similar to a Tesla.
  • Dog mode.
  • A slightly smaller version. A CT which is perhaps 6" narrower and 12" shorter.
  • A centre console which isn't designed by an idiot.
  • Mobile phone charging which doesn't cook the phone.
  • Better phone reception - an issue with acoustic glass.
  • Much more configurable main driver's display.
  • Driver's display which can show maps from Carplay.
  • Some useful / meaningful use of the lower part of the bottom centre screen. Eg, media controls. Allow me to configure my own buttons / layout, eg electric car noise so I can quickly turn it on when I'm in a car park.
  • Better steering wheel buttons so I can control media source, FF / RW.
  • A single configurable button so I can turn off all nanny state crap. So, the active lane suicide, speed limiter bongs etc.
  • Phone / Apple Watch to act as a key.
  • Better wheel designs with some attractive options in silver.
  • Sunglasses holder next to rear view mirror.
  • Integrated sun blind.
