Will not stop charging!

I have just had my 4SCT in for the HV battery pack check/campaign.
I was getting warning messages occasionally during the summer, but none recently and apparently my battery doesn’t need replacing!!
However since getting the car back, it totally ignores any charging profile or timer and charges straight to 100%.
Has anyone else had this issue?

Have you got direct charging ticked on the app …this will override any setting and charge to 100%

Maybe mine will be 4 or 5 times.
I really don’t want it to have to go back. It’s a 3 1/2 month wait for any service!!
And don’t get me started on windscreen wipers on a £110k car that would fail an MOT, but it’s not their problem!

This is not the first time I've heard this reported. I'd suggest deleting and then recreating the profiles and timers, that seems to have fixed it for at least one person.

This is not the first time I've heard this reported. I'd suggest deleting and then recreating the profiles and timers, that seems to have fixed it for at least one person.
I deleted all the existing profiles and it appears that this has solved the issue.

Thanks for the help.
My suspicion is that there's some sort of diagnostic mode which disables the profiles/timers in the background so they don't interfere with what the technician is doing and that sometimes it doesn't get properly reset.
