Casually looking for a pre-owned Taycan here:
* Sedan only
* Trim: 4S+, (ideally GTS+)
* Package: Performance package (PDCC, PTV+, RWS)
* Exterior Color: preferably ice grey metallic or chalk
* Interior Color: not Red
* Everything else can be discussed

Have you tried Porsche Finder https://finder.porsche.com/ as a starting point. Yes, there are some really good examples for sale from the forum members, from time to time, so that would be my first choice and then the finder. I am sure many dealers are fully stocked with Gen 1 and ready to sell and ship to you if needed.

Porsche's Performance Package isn't a filter, so you'll need to read details of individual listings to see if it's there. Good luck!
