I have a taycan ST with rear tv,
It’s possible to have youtube either on the rear screens or on the front screens?

No(t yet). The cayenne MY24 is able to do it, so I expect / hope a software update will enable it for us too.
I’m not sure if the rear screen will get it (and benefit from it). It is placed pretty low for a video screen and I suspect the screen is good as a touch display but not for showing videos.

Okay, but would a module make it possible to do it? I saw a video where YouTube is on the main screen (may be a fake)

I guess what you're refering to is an ApplePie type of device instead of their phone to provide CarPlay... and Youtube.
