I read in the manual that there is an option to adjust the footwell temperature a few degrees above or below the set cabin temperature.

I can't seem to find that option on my car with only 2 zone climate. In the manual it says it is in AC > Ventilation > Individual. Is this only available for cars with 4 zone AC?

Only 4-zone offers this feature - the temperature, air flow, air distribution, and type of climate control can be set individually for the front left, front right, rear left, rear right climate zones. Additionally, the footwell temperature can also be individually adjusted in the front zones.

On the NA configurator 4S standard equipment has the following statement:

Climate Control
Advanced Climate Control (2-zone) with separate temperature settings and air volume control for driver and front passenger, extended footwell temperature control, automatic air recirculation mode including air quality sensor as well as comfortable control of the airflow via PCM
Which I believe you pointed out. Isn't this what the OP was asking about? Adjusting the temperature for the footwells?

Porsche Good To Know App describes in detail and makes the 4-zone a requirement to control front footwell temp.

Description is same on UK config. I have a MY21 4S with 2-zone and can't control the footwell temp - I will check this evening and correct my post if wrong.

The simulator also shows the footwell control (under Individual settings) but it also has the 4-zone (Rear) options

Could be a misprint?

Yes the Standard Equipment on a CT4S on UK site says exactly that for 2 Zone AC."... extended footwell temperature control" maybe its an MY22 thing?

Could be but perhaps the additional blower for the rear is needed to provide a variable temperature for the front footwell - why make a zone distinction otherwise.

Take a look at the PGTKA - there is a video there with for Setting Footwell Temperature with the usual caveat "depending on equipment".

I just looked at my MY21 spec sheet and the description is the same for MY21 - "... extended footwell temperature control".

Just checked my car and there is no setting for the footwell as I indicated earlier.

Typo in the STD spec therefore.

Details on the configurator for 4-zone also talk about the footwell heating so unfortunately it looks like it is a dependency.

This brings up an interesting question; if something is advertised in the vehicle spec, but not delivered, is that a typo or a missing feature?

Re prior posts:
You're all missing this one other than the 4-zone requirement :)!

There is a footwell temp control however it TBH is a wee bit cryptic as to how to get to it.

It can only be accessed when you have the climate control on AUTO.

There is an icon on the display that shows a temp symbol against highlighted feet of the seated person - again only available in Auto mode (as the pop-up warning states).

In AUTO, you can then select what temp you want in the footwell area to be. For ref., my vehicle is a 2022 CT4S with 4-zone climate control.

Why it needs a 4-zone option is odd as I generally have the rear climate control set to off unless I have passengers i.e. seems to be a bonus only for 4-zone - perhaps those with 2-zone can verify this by checking that they still do not have the option in Auto Climate mode?

Thanks! Super helpful. I'm pretty sure I didnt see that icon when I played with it earlier but I'll check next time I use the car.

A bit of a shame as I have zero need for 4 zone climate control and really couldn't justify nearly $1500 for it, but the individual footwell temp control would have been nice to have for sure.

I can confirm with MY22 CT4, 2-zone the footwell feature is not present.

It is easy to find if you have 4-zone. Simply go to climate - ventilation - individual (left and right) - then the icons are displayed.
