Ok so I had a pretty bad accident last year and they sent the wrong part while my car was stuck in a body shop for months waiting for a part. When it arrived it was wrong and I was really mad they had made wuch a stupid mistake. They had sent a regular roof liner and not the one to replace the glass roof. The regular roofs had not been released yet so why did they think this would work ? I got the manager of the store to get in touch with Atlanta and they got the part sent immediately. They need to know whats going on with the parts dept in Germany as its letting down their customer service over here. If the manager wont do it you do it.Thanks @Ruthi. I know they send via Fedex Priority and if it wasn't for the winter storm it wouldn't have taken less time. But then again none of this really matters if they keep sending the wrong part!
hey! Any update on this?I just saw your message now. I'll check on the part tomorrow. They haven't listed what part numbers they've ordered for your car, so I can't tell if they did order the correct ones or not. I'll check where the passenger headlight is coming from.

I thought you worked out a deal with the dealer for the blue matrix ones, so I never checked on this.hey! Any update on this?
