Yeah, that seems to be the model that makes the most sense. The thought of reservations definitely makes me cautious though. I don't want to have to spend more time planning my trips, and having to setup multiple reservations per day for a long trip just feels like a hassle. The longer a trip is, the more helpful it is to have high quality charging in place, but even with high quality charging, longer trips are much tougher to predict arrival times.I'm sure it will be some variant of the already live Audi Charging Hub in Nuremberg, Germany.

There's nothing here that I'd consider complaining except for maybe the bit about L2 charging, which is a pretty valid concern, if the article is to be believed.Too funny. Porsche makes a positive announcement and this forum immediately begins complaining why it’s not good enough…![]()
I'd rather see they spend the money on better battery tech...
the thing is that porsche forced the dealerships to install these units and many of the dealerships really don't care to facilitate charging.Let's prey they don't make an arse of it as they have already ably demonstrated at Porsche Dealerships. Most are inaccessible when you need one and many aren't actually configured to enable customers to use (lack of authentication with Taycan charge card) as is the case at my dealership (WTF???).
When access is available, a diesel Cayenne is not occupying the space,
