Hey,

In the left tube, under assistance systems or traffic signs, what do the increments in 50s represent?

It’s a speedometer. Yours is showing kph instead of mph. Mine does that sometimes too.

You got the same bug I did a couple of days ago after a quick software update. The numbers in the left tube are kilometers per hour while the center tube shows miles per hour. The problem went away when I parked and locked my RWD overnight and started it the next morning.

I have this bug too. Very minor…
No doubt, but when the pending recall is ready, I’m going to mention it to service. Side question, if you use “Auto” recuperation, does it stay active consistently? Mine shuts off all the time and I’ve been told it’s working as it should, I’m dubious.

Nope. Default setting is off after power off and power on. In otherwords you have to switch it on.

Understood….I turn Recuperation on every time I get in the car, and when you hold the button another second or two, it goes into the auto recuperation mode, as opposed to the other two options of ”On” and “Off”. My issue is once I turn it on to begin a short drive, it’s guaranteed to throw a message in the right tube that says Adaptive Recuperation Not Available and it turns it off altogether. Strangely, I can turn it back on moments after the message appears and it will stay on, sometimes for the duration of the drive, other times, it shuts off again. It just doesn’t seem like it’s working properly….

You are correct, that's not how it works. It should stay on until you turn the car off.

Dealer claims road and weather conditions, etc are causing it to occur, at least that’s what Atlanta is telling them to say….it’s simply not case…we live in South Florida with flat surface roads, and I rarely drive in the rain….I’m living with it though, I really have no choice.

OMG….thank you, I’m embarrassed. Maybe I should start driving wearing my reading glasses. My bad. Anyhow, it was a little weird, but as posted earlier, it self corrected this morning to MPH. All good.

If you have charged to 100%, it probably won't work until it's used some of the charge.

It happens in all states of charge…but particularly when going over rail roads or speed bumps, it’s almost guaranteed. I’m going to take the vehicle down to 5-10% state of charge in the coming week or two to see if it helps.

It needs attention from the dealer to fix it
