Does anyone have mobile app issue?

I was having breakfast with my friend who is driving Tesla.

It was a hot day and we were both going to precool our cars before we leave.

Lol and behold he had finished precooling while I was having difficulty connect to the server.

It was a bit embarrassing to say the least.

You used to be able to – but as part of Porsche's stated software plan is to reduce the My Porsche website functionality in favour of pushing all functions over to the new My Porsche mobile app. It's possible they are switching off web functionality gradually on a per-region or per-user basis. I lost access to these functions on the web less than a month ago.

No functionality of any use on the website for me in the UK anymore. No idea when it went, as app had always been stable, so never felt the need.

Same here. I can access my Taycan’s status, lock/unlock, or pre-cool the car from the “My Porsche” website using any browser on any device (phone, Mac, PC).

I called Porsche Customer service and after a short wait the representative told me Porsche is aware of the problem and implementing a fix.

I never use the website, but just took a look now while the app is down and was (surprisingly) able to do the following...
