Try to turn off/on bluetooth and wi-fi (on your phone).
i remember that i had problem with connection until i didn’t upgrade to the latest version of iOS.
Before uPdate Apple Music (via carplay) often requires re-launch of app on the phone. Will see if that work better now…

Yea it’s not at that stage - the pcm tells me to activate bluetooth and wi-fi on the pcm - and does nothing - while the device manager just shows the spinning icon and loops on trying to load device manager… I think it’s gonna require a shop visit - also does anyone have an update on how to get into engineering mode with the new sw - the two finger approach in the upper right corner ( at least on my pcm) does not seem to work anymore

Is the middle option – unlock all doors in direction of approach – a new option with the recent software update ?

I still would prefer the option: "Only front door's".

My CT4 is in for ANA6, update is complete and I’ll be picking up tomorrow. The My Porsche app is showing the car still in Private Mode, and I recall some folks having issues coming out of Private Mode.

If the service technician (or the install process) has put the car in Private Mode, can the service technician bring the car back out of Private Mode or must a non-guest user authenticate via PIN or Porsche ID + password in order to do this?

Anyone can do it No PIN etc required. Can only be done via PCM.

I had exactly the same message (once or twice before uPdate, and once after uPdate).
I turned bluetooth and wifi Off, then On. After that I had to confirm device (iPhone), and CarPlay came back.
Before uPdate, i simply turn the phone off... and when it was on again, it connected with PCM by itself.

My guess is that's not always PCM fault... maybe iOS in some cases loose something, I don't know.
For instance, just yesterday (and the day before), I was not able to put "Media" to 1/3 screen (while I put Phone without any problems). I was getting "loading...." all the time.
Same situation today. Then I just reload AppleMusic on the phone... and voila: when put Media on 1/3, it comes there in a second...

in the last 20 month I had do this procedure for at least 20-25 times

I am pretty sure it's always Porsche backend related (they proxy Apple music authorization or even audio data) and the latest PCM (as a client) still cannot cope with unreliable backend connections.
at least for germany there was a problem around last Friday 15:00 CEST

Since last September, I had to scan QR exactly twice. On the day of delivery and now, after uPdate.

I hope they increased the net usable battery capacity, so the RDW will benefit as well!

Speaking of QR code, i had the update but everytime i try to get to QR code from spotify, i get an unuseable QR code and the message saying that's it's not available and that i need to check again later.

I tried like 50 times in différent places (with a good connection).

Am i the only one? Does someone found a workaround?

For anyone missing some of the expected features after the PCM uPdate (e.g Spotify or Android auto), I managed to “force” the install of missing components by the old trick of reboot PCM by pressing two fingers on the clock in the upper right corner.

This prompted the OTA download of several missing elements, including in my case Spotify.

@CatWithBat FYI if you haven’t managed yet for your car to get Spotify.

It was said earlier that this way of reboot didn't work anymore after the uPdate.
