Newbie GTS on order

I see it now. Odd but nothing you can do if you order the standard Racetec. If you try changeing the front seats to 14 way it insists you have leather and deletes Racetec.

Has anyone verified this is how they look in a delivered car?

Yup, i wouldn’t pass on the 18 way or the racetec just because of that but I find it mildly annoying nevertheless. A little like the seat belt color mismatch for that matter.

GB Used Approved example- see photo #10, 2+1 rear seats- middle belt black, seat backs don't match those of front 18-ways (photo #8).

Me too I'm not going to change my order but strange so would like to know if they are like this on delivered cars. I've test driven 3 GTS cars with Race Tex and never noticed so it isn't obvious anyway.

It doesn't actually show the seat pattern of the front seats but think you are right. I won't change my order for this though but very odd.

The picture shows enough to identify them as the 18-ways- the 14-ways don't turn down either side of the top panel of the seat back like the 18-ways do.

I must be on my own (except for Porsche thinking this also) for thinking the coloured seat belts look better when the middle rear seat has a black seat belt. I think it's because it looks less balanced with it coloured, and having the middle one black also emphasises it's still mainly a four seater, but with a middle seat for "temporary" use.

Nope - not on your own. I also prefer the middle seat belt in black. ?

I ordered a GTS in August 2022 with a December 2022 scheduled delivery date. Moved back from Dec 9th to Dec 16th but dealer is still telling me that is likely. Production is scheduled to start on November 4th.

We are on similar timelines . The US seems to be doing better than rest of world in regards to timeliness
