Didn't apply to my GT3!

However, I can believe that they take account of who is likely to be paying cash and who would be using finance when handing out the allocations for certain 'halo' cars.

I have obtained a finance quote from Porsche finance, but will be paying cash. To be honest I didn't read the small print on the order form, but I'm 99.99% confident that there is nothing in there about having to use finance.

In any case I'd then simply take the finance and immediately pay it off!

I had a 991.2 GT3 for three weeks, didn’t like it at all, compulsory watch purchase on the new 992 GT3.

Give it 24 hrs but the SA was pretty adamant that the build had been accepted by the manufacturing plant system also and claimed 99.99% certainty.

I had a 991.2 GT3 for three weeks, didn’t like it at all, compulsory watch purchase on the new 992 GT3.

Mine was a 991.1 and I’d buy it back tomorrow in a heartbeat. For me it was an exceptional car and I’d heard the 991.2 was even better, plus available as a manual.

We’re in the same boat as my SA said similar about my build. Looks like I may find out for sure before you but, then again…..??

Not sure if my OPC is trying to pull a fast one by getting me to spec Burmeister when Bose might actually be available.

However, having been ‘forced‘ to look at the Burmeister option, after reviewing lists of opinions/reviews, I’m coming round to the idea, particularly when ‘man maths’ can spread the extra cost over 48 months and potentially also a slightly higher residual value!

Locking in a GTS ST tomorrow for mid Feb del and March Reg, no mention of Bose issues, fingers crossed or it will be a Walkman for me !

If there is a choice I would not make the 4 times investment needed as the Burmester is not 4 times better - 1.5 IMHO.
