Hi lovely people!
I recently took my Taycan through Sacramento and my GPS routed me through some low flooded areas (1-2” of slow moving water). Other low sedans were driving through it fine, so I precariously went through; slowly, of course.
It seems that as slow as I went, the water getting displaced dislodged this piece of plastic undercarriage trim and it started dragging under the car. Immediately pulled over when I heard the plastic dragging and luckily found help to get the car jacked up and flip the piece back into place. When I got home, I finally got to observe the damage (pics attached). Pics are from the right rear passenger wheel.
I got under the car and compared both sides and don’t see any structural issues. Car never bottomed out or anything. No sensors or alarms went off. Car continues to perform wonderfully, I just now have this cracked plastic water diffuser or think piece of aero?
I’m looking to replace it but I can’t find it in the parts diagram. Thank you in advance for your time and help! What a great community.
