Had my new Taycan CT delivered today, after a 14 month wait. I’m having an issue with logging in, when I enter the username/password I get an error saying user name or password incorrect. I have tried changing the password on MyPorsche to something simpler with 8 characters with an exclamation mark and ensuring the upper/lower case is correct. The display shows LTE connected.
I can see the car in the Porsche app and I have subscribed to all the services etc. This is not my first Porsche and have been using MyPorsche for sometime with other cars.
My dealer has no idea and just told me to wait and try again later.
Has anyone else had this issue.
