UPDATED: posted a wrong link originally - it's been fixed now - thanks to @charliemathilde for catching my cut/paste error.
Now that Tesla is rolling out MagicDocks to some/limited North American Supercharger sites (europe doesn't require an adatper) there are two app recommendations for the EV road warrior…
roll out of the MagicDocks seems straight forward and easy - Wed. of last Week there were no magicDocks at the location in Scott's Valley, CA - and last night Saturday all 16 stalls had them. So apparently little if any retrofit work is required for Tesla to support this if they choose to go beyound the 20% mark...Basically it appears Tesla can retrofit a Supercharger site faster than an EA stall takes to activate charging.

- https://apps.apple.com/app/id582007913- required for activating a charging session at a Tesla Supercharger site
- setup your tesla account
- assign a credit card for billing
- you can use the in app map to see if any sites have the magicdock near you
- https://apps.apple.com/app/id1056496235- non Tesla Supercharger Map
- shows existing and upcomign supercharger sites - crowd source data (like plugshare) - but helpful for planning and seeing all the possible locations…
