Can't work out if a Taycan is worth it for me?

I've got a 991.2 GT3 and an SVR, among a few cheaper cars that I daily.

I'm debating selling all and getting the taycan, however my fiance thinks the taycan will be too small for her and the baby.

I do around 8k miles PA, I'd probably pay £100/200 extra PM for the taycan, however I'd assume the fuel will offset it. Just unsure about future values etc.

Certainly won’t be too small. We managed with a mini when we had a baby (alright, we had a range rover too but used the mini equally with all the baby stuff in).

I'm looking at used 4S' and Turbo's (non S).

I don't want to spend more than what I can sell the SVR for (75-ish). I've found a few early Turbo's for 80 so I could do that.

Everyone says the 4S is more than enough, however it really depends on the deal. Would love a ST/CT but unfortunately out of budget currently.

I've got an extended test drive next week, hopefully she'll end up liking it.

Is a turbo worth an £8k premium over a 4S?

Selling the SVR and using a Taycan for most journeys is a decent idea, but don’t sell the GT3, you’ll really miss it.

I should’ve clarified, when I meant all, I meant all of my “dailies”. The GT3 will likely outstay every car I buy for the next 10 years!

Then go for it. We have a 16 month old and I don’t think the vehicle is small at all. Seems to have the same if not more room than her last rubicon (not storage). I am picking up a 2020 turbo this week for my wife. Excited myself to get into it.

Having the Taycan and GT3 will be the best of both worlds.

I think for her, when she’s saying small, she prefers taller cars which the Taycan will never be.

Only other option is to keep our Q5 as a 3rd car that she can use if she needs the space.

Can’t wait to pick up the Porsche next week, she’s adamant she’s not changing her mind but she said that about my SVR ?

Go for cross T plenty room in back for isofix seats and an amazing car. No brainer.

4S CT vs Turbo saloon?

CT is around £2/3k more and 10k less miles. Think it'd be a perfect all rounder, opinions?

i would wait for Porsche EV SUV, or go for Merc EQE SUV AMG, but both not out yet but would solve the ‘higher’ seating position
