I just got my Taycan 5 months ago and I do not feel like I should have waited for the new ‘refreshed’ model. I like mine and the difference is very slight compared with that of let’s say a Japanese car… who knows - maybe we have to see it in personDamn.
I feel like I’ve gone into an Apple Store and bought the old iPhone the day before the new model is about to be released. Yes, we knew it was coming.
It’s pretty much a bit better in every area and is way more than an updated headlight design.
Love the active suspension and larger battery capacity.
Not sure I’d really want to be charging at 320kw regularly though.
€52k more for "my spec" when translated into the new Taycan in Ireland vs my one year old Turbo S.Yes, live in US now!. Let’s go see how much money Porsche can extract from me…
Did I totally miss the horsepower and torque for the other models? Turbo S is now 938 hp - to compete with the model S Plaid - can someone list the upgraded hp of the other models? Curious… Thanks!Configurators are now live in most markets.
One of the pages in the PDF describes range increaseNo mention anywhere of range? New battery brings 100 miles more in real World?
If that is real it’s impressive.
It can be difficult to predict. For example, if someone walks into Porsche Centre Dublin tomorrow wanting to order a new Turbo S with zero options, they are going to have to find €40,000 more to pay for it.That a thorough refresh is a bit troublesome to resale values for previous cars is something we have to take in stride.
Porsche has the ambition to be very profitable one way or other. They seem to have chosen the easiest way€52k more for "my spec" when translated into the new Taycan in Ireland vs my one year old Turbo S.

Wow! Both MSRP without discount? That is a ridiculous increase.€52k more for "my spec" when translated into the new Taycan in Ireland vs my one year old Turbo S.
Yes, and prices include taxes (30% for EVs here in Ireland). As there is only one Porsche Centre in the country: no discounts available on any new orders.Wow! Both MSRP without discount? That is a ridiculous increase.
