so one day i just sat in the car and it said electronic error(red light), the car would not shift in drive or reverse, so got it towed to porsche plano, on feb 29. I think on 15 of march i got a call that the car has issues in its cells and they need 2 weeks more, then i asked for a loner and they said sorry we have none avalible, and that they would call if one is avalibe. that was 20 days ago.Could you provide a little more detail. Have you contacted your dealer or gone into the Service Dept. personally to ask about this? If they won't answer your calls or talk with you in person, I'd call or email Porsche NA. Also, why was your car towed away ... the reason for it's failure to preform? What's the name of your dealer? Where are you located .. the info. on your profile is thin.
Thanks for filling in the blanks. Sorry this happened to you. That would be Plano, Texas. Have you thought of contacting Porsche North America. At least some dealers seem to be sensitive to headquarters receiving negative feedback.so one day i just sat in the car and it said electronic error(red light), the car would not shift in drive or reverse, so got it towed to porsche plano, on feb 29. I think thats similiar to what i had, you might have the same cell issue, it takes long because supposedly the, cells take time to ship, and porsche never has enough people who can diagnose the cars. Good luck.My2023 Turbo was flatbedded to the dealer yesterday after the dreaded "Electrical system failure". Supposed to get a loaner Monday. We'll see.
I'am neither pleased or optimistic.
Thanks and I'll update the forum as to progress. It’s not a shipment problem my cells got to the dealer two days after they ordered them. However I did wait an additional two months for the specialist to get there.I think thats similiar to what i had, you might have the same cell issue, it takes long because supposedly the, cells take time to ship, and porsche never has enough people who can diagnose the cars.
