I got that today too. The only change I've noticed is that the app popped up a notification on my phone when the car finished charging, which I seem to remember it used to do, but hasn't recently.

I strongly suspect this is for J1.2 cars only.

I got this OTA update Yesterday. Can't say I've noticed any change.

I don’t think anyone will notice differences after updates like this one. The update is for “overview of all PC services” and is probably that boring list of all services with an indication the service is active or inactive. One thing was missing or another one was listed by mistake. Since FoD is missing my educated guess is that all FoD services are removed from this list

I get them all the time, what's the fuzz?
Mostly map updates.
It's OTA, no matter how you look at it.
