My tacan went to porsche and hasn't came back, tow date feb 29. Only got one update. Got denied loner car having to uber😭😭

My2023 Turbo was flatbedded to the dealer yesterday after the dreaded "Electrical system failure". Supposed to get a loaner Monday. We'll see.
I'am neither pleased or optimistic.

I think thats similiar to what i had, you might have the same cell issue, it takes long because supposedly the, cells take time to ship, and porsche never has enough people who can diagnose the cars. Good luck.

That's what happened to me and they told me I needed an entirely new battery! They said 2 weeks in Germany to make it, then ship it to Phoenix then install it. I got it back within 4 weeks. And they gave me a 2024 Macan to drive the entire 4 weeks.

Just got a loner car its a 2024 macan, 125 miles a day, no charge. They said atleast week more till i hear anything so prolly more after that

UPDATE:
The high voltage charger came in and I'm told the car will be ready tomorrow. I do have a loaner Macan and have to say if its really ready tomorrow it represents EXCELLENT service and very timely, NO COMPLAINTS, will update once I'm back in the driver seat.

Hello everyone. I have a '23 GTS, have had it for a little over a year, about 12k miles on it. I caught the electrical system failure about 2 months ago. They put me in a Taycan CT loaner. Supposedly my new battery was in last week along with the tech. Not sure how long the repairs take. In month 1 I was patient and fine, but now i'm tired of this. I was very excited for the new Taycan with the improved range, but i think this downtime is going to move me back to gasoline car for my next ride.

Mine finally got fixed. 2 weeks to diagnose and get answer from Porsche, 4 weeks for battery to come from Germany. 2 days to install, checks and get release from Porsche. Had a Taycan CT loaner for that time period.

6 weeks to diagnose and get parts for this repair is unacceptable for a premium car brand.
