Submitted info for reimbursement for Porsche Taycan EV charger in Feb. called Porsche numerous times but very vague when check will be sent. They stated 4 weeks but this is going on three months. Have others encountered the same delays?

I submitted mine on 5 March and still no check. I emailed for an update and they said they are still working on my claim and be patient!

Submitted for reimbursement February 26. Silence from Porsche since, with the exception of the auto generated “we‘ve received your request” e-Mail.

It’s not like we need the reimbursement right away, but don’t say it’s going to take four weeks, then not bother to communicate when it’s been twice that long.

Additionally….just how difficult would it have been to process these in the order in which they were received?

I just got an email yesterday apologizing for the delay as they're running behind. Also let me know that my check is ready and will be going out soon. I forget when I submitted the request - probably about 6 or so weeks ago.

Ya I was 10 weeks ago. I thought it was in order of when submitted.

I just pulled up my email records now that I'm home. Correction, I received the notification today, not yesterday. It looks like I submitted the APB6 form at 9 PM on 3/19 - so exactly 6 weeks today.

Perhaps they're processing the form in batches?

Submitted March 5 and just got check yesterday April 29. I'm actually not even sure if I want to change out my set up since it's worked perfectly for 2 years with the Porsche charger and Hubbell outlet. Charge point box collecting dust in a closet now.

Charge point is a way nicer charger. The app is way better than the Porsche app which gives very little info. Still waiting on check from Feb 23 rd. They say dealing on first come first served but that is not true. Glad to hear some people have been paid. I left a message again maybe 5-6 times will be the charm.

Submitted mine on Feb 24. Called 800-PORSCHE a couple of times about it, and they kept telling me to send an e-mail to the same address I sent my original info to. Never received a response from those e-mails.

The last time I called 800-PORSCHE, they said that they now had a new way to contact the rebate folks, but it would take 4-5 business days for Porsche to get back with me. Three days later they called back and told me that my submission was approved, and I should get a check 2-3 weeks later. One week after that (2 days ago) I received the check.
