If I ever find an allocation I am Pondering ordering a MY25 Turbo or just updating to a nicer CPO than my MY20 4S.

For the new MY25.

- who makes the battery? Is it this: https://newsroom.porsche.com/en/202...ent-partners-lithium-ion-batteries-25194.html

- can any Sedan owners post their avg mile/kwh range?

- will ncas adapters work with our charger ports?

- did the matrix led really get enabled for US?

Answer to last Q is no, but you can enable it with PIWIS.
PAR is a game changer, so you probably should go with a `25.
I am interested in active ride for sure. Thanks.

In terms of range, I am getting 26.9 kWh/100mi on my 2025 Turbo. If my math is right, that would say 360 miles on full charge.

One thing I don’t understand is how dealers don’t know when they can order MY25 Turbos, so far 3 dealers are keeping unofficial lists but aren’t sure when they will be able to order custom builds. Negotiating is impossible when someone can’t even tell you if you can buy one or not. It feels like a game. I don’t think the market is strong though for dealers but I could be wrong.

On the battery front, I have been looking for my technical details on why it can run hotter, and is better beyond the chemistry. So far not much detail coming up.

^ I suspect that negotiating will be impossible even once you receive an allocation!

As for:
" - will ncas adapters work with our charger ports?"
For the rare non-Tesla NACS, yes, right now, for any CCS1 EV model.
For Tesla V3, yes, eventually, once Tesla grants authorization.
(For Tesla V3.5, my understanding is that all V4 pedestals include a Magic Dock adapter.)

There is indeed an apparent contradiction between the push for personalisation, embodied by the three recent Sonderwunsch press releases, and the organizational reluctance to allocate and deliver. Given the brand positioning and the price of options, custom configs should get healthy priority, but they inexplicably don't.

Deviated stitching is only available from Oct'24 production. I lost a Sept slot to this restriction and got bumped to December. Why ? I do not know of any interior design changes that would have a logical impact on 6RD roll out in production ?
