After searching and pricing out the used market for a GTS ST since March, I have finalized the deal for a 2023 GTS ST.

Unlike most pre-owned in the market that is a CPO, I purchased mine on a consignment sale and I'll have 3.5 years of remaining warranty left as car was originally sold in March 2024 .

Thanks, unfortunately, the depreciation in the next 12 months won't be too kind to all of us! I think I'll eat another $10k, which is actually standard luxury car depreciation rate and not "laptop" depreciation.

The car I'm getting out of, a 2022 BMW X5 45e will probably depreciate $6-$8k hence my decision to jump to a J1 Taycan today.

Great price! I did a similar thing back in May. Full 4 year warranty, delivery miles, 2023 GTS Sedan with 30% off. Now they upleveled the game to accept 40% off MSRP. Great deal!!

Whoa killer deal. Cash purchase? Deals were easier on sedans. The price I paid on this ST was sedan pricing back in June.

yeah full cash purchase. I think they punched the car at the end of April so they were in a hurry to sell in May.

It’s amazing how you can add 50k of options on any porsche and it still looks like a basic model + alloys and sports seats.

Yeah, but depending on the model, certain key options makes a big pricing difference

I don’t know about other Taycan owners here but I never thought about depreciation when I bought this car because it is going to depreciate because it isn’t a bar of gold ?
My philosophy is, buy what you’ll enjoy driving and drive it. Or buy some bars of gold for the same money and stick it in a locker and it will not depreciate ?
