good shung, but in this case you are talking about which registration in which application, because before I put my car here to legalize in Poland, I went to the porche crntro on katowiki and registered to obtain the porche application that I have in my cell phone, I handed over the documents for the car, which are still Belgian, and my passport, as well as a certificate of residence in Poland and CPF! They didn't solve this issue for me either!!!!

What this guy in Belgium told me was to go to the Porsche dealer here again and tell them that they have to do these two procedures on the car, because these two procedures should have been done previously since they changed the high voltage converter cc/cc of the car, I told him about the errors in the car and he replied that it was not due to the service...but rather some of the many errors that the car presents could be due to these two procedures not having been carried out until now!

All you can do is charge your car up and take it to the dealer when you are ready. My guess is that if the faults were pointing to the high voltage battery, the dealer would have told you this.

PIWIS will not give you false information on where the errors are located, so suggest you continue on the path you are on to fix the known faults in the car and once it is back together you can take it to Porsche to get the 800V battery tested. Not all cars need a 800V battery fix.

yes I completely agree with you, but they also gave me the information that the cc/cc and the high voltage converter had been changed the last time the car was serviced in Belgium, will there be some connection point regarding errors in the car and the cc/cc high voltage converter,... and these errors presented could also have something to do with the 12 v battery since the high voltage converter feeds this battery!!!! Ok, now I'm not going to the dealership to carry out these two services on the car, I'm going the way I was getting the piwi and checking the car's fuses and when everything has been checked then I'm going to the dealership to carry out these two services, apparently they can be done at any time and It seems to me to have everything to do with the 800 v battery!

Shung, I'm sorry but the information you gave me at the beginning where to purchase the piwi softwear (the link) says that it is not available in my country, can you find out where I can purchase the piwi softwear that works with the taykan, as for the hardwear I will buy exactly what bigkraig advised me (I leave a photo attached here) I just won't be able to keep his because to send it from the United States to here (EEU) it needs to pay customs costs and it will have to be sent with an invoice, so I have to buy it on aliexpress!

for the software, everyone on rennlist has bought it from Mars, he's on telegram or also on rennlist, there is a big thread about coding 992's https://rennlist.com/forums/992/1206834-coding-992-a.html. Mars's profile is https://rennlist.com/forums/members/258847-rnlst_log.html and @mhx_log on telegram. he sells imaged copies of the piwis software that can be restored onto a laptop (i got a used T480 thinkpad, the screen resolution is important for PIWIS). Mars is a big help and walked me through enabling Matrix LEDs on my US spec taycan.

You can do other stuff with it too, like enable carplay/android keyboards while in motion, or turn on the rear bar light for DRLs, adjust PASM right height to drop the car, disable the tailgate beeping, all kinds of stuff. a lot of that info is on this forum

Bigkraig I hope you're well, I opened an account on Rennlist with the purpose of getting in touch with Mars in order to order him the piwi so I could work on my taykan....but when logging into Rennlist I realized that he didn't I can send no message to Mars and I honestly don't even know why???? Is there any way to contact Mars so I can request a piwi softwear like the one you use on your taykan for diagnosis….???!

The latest PIWIS software version is always the best.

The software is usually delivered by electronic means, so there are no borders to consider, just where it can be obtained from.

All versions of PIWIS3 and PIWIS4 will work with the Taycan.

The PPS account you are opening would potentially allow you access legitimate PIWIS software if you can convince Porsche that you are a small garage. This software works online and requires a specific VCI like the one you posted to work, although I am not sure that the one you linked to would work with the legitimate software.

As far as the Chinese PIWIS software is concerned, the large Chinese Porsche dealers have a standalone version of the PIWIS system that does not require online access to Porsche for most operations, as far as I know only Component protection requires online access.

The Chinese PIWIS software is generally sold so that it links to one specific VCI, so not necessarily the VCI that bigkraig has linked you to.

My suggestion is the purchase the software and the hardware from the same place so that you will know they work together.

A search for the latest software would be best, but I cannot point you to where that can be found without looking, but my guess is the hardware sellers will always have software, just needs to be confirmed what the best options are, since the prices vary widely.

I have seen this guy posting on a group that I am in, might be worth a check.

I found this one on Ebay for sale, I've already asked the seller if it works with a Porche Taykan, I'll wait for the answer...
