Clearly staged, but if not faked, then damn. That is one "active" suspension. Actually pretty impressive.

They have shown it before CES several times; mostly jumping in place, not while driving.
Can't image this has a long lifespan, and can't image anyone would actually risk using it.
But cool eye catching show feature.

I have no doubts this car can do this when timed perfectly. But this video is CGI.

IMHO this car has a weird cocktail of designs; it has some parts of Lambo, Acura, MClaren and Honda. Blending those brand will het you the U9. Design wise a miss for me, certainly not a real supercar or hypercar for me. Don’t want to start a political thread, but I will never touch a Chinese car brand. No respect for copyright, feel unsafe for me and I don’t trust Chinese tech at all

If at 74.56 MPH it can see ahead to calculate that in x seconds it must hop up that's a whole lot of math and lydar/radar stuff going on. Shows what will trickle down in the future.

I have a suspicion that the jumps were programmed based on distance. One part of the video shows the distance from obstacle to obstacle. Or it's all fake.

It's a demonstration of their suspension system, not a some sort of "autonomous pothole avoidance" feature. This has been shown at CES many times while stationary

this reminds me of Need for Speed cop chase games. This ability can be purchased at some point lol.

I don’t even know if this is even a gimmick anymore, it’s so absurd I am at a lost for words.
