I had the same problem on my 2021 Taycan. In reverse, I pressed the icon multiple times, heard the rear wash motor engage, but no fluid was released. I filmed and took to the car to the dealer. they replaced the faulty washer unit under warranty and it works just fine now (plenty of wash fluid is sprayed across lense) and on the first press. So when I reverse, I get that icon to wash the rear camera. If I press it, it acknowledges the press, but there is no fluid. I tried to find it in the owner's manual and some searching, but is there something I'm missing?
Thanks.
I don't think so. Apply some Rain-X which might helpMine squirts water but makes no difference to the view. Can it be adjusted ?
Where's the button for this on the non ST/CT? I rarely use the cameras as habit/preference are the wing mirrors. In winter every time I look at the rear camera its just a blur!My non-ST/CT Taycan has the rear camera washer and it’s nearly worthless. Had it on my list for a dealer visit and they said it was working as designed. SMH….
On the right hand stalk push away from you when in reverse - the button at the end of the stalk is for switching the wiper on / off only.Where's the button for this on the non ST/CT? Only on saloons / sedans and not the Cross or Sport Turismo (that was the query). My button is on the screen when you hit the backup cam. After several days of trying multiple times (like 16 tries) I finally got some spray. Must have been blocked somehow. It wasn't cold enough to be frozen, but the area was cleaned several times. Hope it works normally now.
