Bug in latest My Porsche app

Hope so, and I hope they fix the preconditioning screen which shows the wheel on the wrong side (for RHD cars):

(the iOS app doesn't have this problem).

Yes, I have the same issue ?. Fingers crossed they will realise which country the car is registered to....

Porsche know this as it shows correctly in the iOS app.

I have the exact same problem too. Lost everything - reset app and reset car nothing changed. Car is showing a different location and charge but app says uploaded - unlocked but car is locked.

Porsche not come back to me it’s been 8 hours since I called customer services

Yep me too, just got back from Barcelona and noticed Charge Anytime App hasn't connected since Sunday. Porsche App not showing status of the car Doors etc.
Checked in the car and 4G connection is showing, looking at the detail of connected services. The main ones are showing as Active but lots of secondary services showing as Inactive... it looks like the car is connected to Porsche Servers but the Servers are not connected to the Internet...

I had the same issue over the past weekend. I spent 3 hours at 3 different EA chargers and spoke to 3 different EA reps.

The first chargers screen blanked out app i couldn't even see the error code. EA reps rebooted it twice. Blue screen still so they told me to move to another charger. Had to wait. Next charger had the error: 'Error_connection_closed' and the 2nd rep rebooted that one and had me, remove and reinstalling the Porsche app several times.

After several attempts and over 2 hours the 2nd rep told me I had to wait until Monday to call Porsche. I said screw that, I needed juice!

I waited for another charger and called EA again while researching forums.

After explaining to the 3rd rep that the Porsche app seems to have a bug since it's being reported on several forums, she asked for my VIN.

She put me on hold for a while, came back on and said she can see my VIN is registered with the Porsche app so she is attempting a manual override. She told me to just plug it in without Porsche app. Car connected, I was able to charge for free for 30 min.

I called Porsche yesterday morning. They confirmed an update was being pushed. Once I got the update, I went back to an EA charger yesterday to test it and it worked better than it has in months. I'm using a Samsung 24 Ultra.
