Hi all.
as said in as a previous thread last week, I’m selling my Turbo and moving to a Hybrid RR.
Looking around at auto trader my car has lost an awful lot of money but as said before. I’ve enjoyed ownership and don’t regret any moment of it.
i was hoping I could get some direction/input on what to all for when selling.
It’s a Dec 2020 car. 50k miles.
has Porsche extended warranty until Dec 2025
Has a full Matte PPF wrap from day one
All updates carried out
Recently serviced. Next one due April 26
Has had two new fronts on a week ago.
I’ve attached the build data to this post.

are there any issues?
One wheel has kerb rash. Easy fix and can be done if required
Divers door seal has a small tear (by the tread plate so doesn’t cause any issues)
That’s it.
Any inputs welcome

…which is a steal really. Anyone in the market for an EV would be daft not to consider a used Taycan surely (although extended warranty makes it expensive upkeep I guess)

I must have been really lucky as I got £43400 for my 2020(20 Reg) 38K mileage 4S from a Porsche dealer last November which originally listed at £97K and I got a £3.5K contribution towards the original purchase.
I know you might thinking that I must have been part exchanging and therefore that was part of the deal, and you would be correct, but I did get an ex demo 6 months old vehicle at list minus £60K (Turbo S Cross Turismo).

Nice car,That is a steal, keep telling people their great value at this level. Can’t see them falling much more from here. I can’t bring myself to sell mine as would only by the same again. Still puts a smile on my face every time I get in it. Good luck with the rr.

I've just (devastatingly!) sold mine via Carwow to Erl's Vehicles who were the highest bidder on mine. Didn't want to tempt fate until collected, but they've fetched today and been an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I'd never heard of them but they're an ev specialist and had a recently reserved ST GTS on their site so I knew they knew what they were looking for/at.

I decided now was the right time for me as wbetween me and the mrs we need a bigger 4x4 and whilst could have got one for her, it makes more sense for me. zould have probably swapped come the end of this year anyway. Seeing the market drop further, I just thought it was right to do now rather than continue my monthly payments and see depreciation further.

If I'm totally honest i only advertised as didn't expect it to sell - which would have made the decision for me. It shocked me that it did, and whilst it still dropped, I think overall I got a good price especially looking at others on sale.

There are some bargains out there and it will be horrible to see these cars on the road knowing i no longer own one :(

Also, I've gone for an RRS PHEV too.
Good to hear. Mine has now arrived at the dealer and has had its deployable steps added. Its next visit is the PPF place to get its film added. Looking towards end of next week until I’m in it.
God luck with the RR.

Well, I'm now officially no longer a Taycan owner. Sold the MY21 (2020) Turbo today to a trader via carwow. Fully spec'd car (see above), in brilliant condition, with Porsche warranty until December and a Matte PPF wrap over the whole car.
Sold for £42,500. with 50500 on the clock.. what an absolute steal.. even the trader thought so. I seriously had a little tear when it went.

I'm going to miss:
1. Road presence
2. Speed and torque
3. The shear brilliance and beauty of the design

I won't miss:
1. The awful service from Porsche Chester.
2. The constant recalls
3. The constant battle with Chester to get courtesy cars or collections sorted
4. The internal rattles and knocks
5. The MASSIVE loss on ownership - Although I have to say, overall, all things considered, it has to be one of the best cars I've owned.

Absolutely crazy that price. What a car for that money.

Sorry to hear of such a loss but glad you do feel you've enjoyed it.

Big wave to the RRS PHEV owners club

Agree.. I have to chalk this up to a lesson learnt with regards to the loss. Onwards and upwards... Life is too short to worry about trivial matters...
On the plus side. I got a glimpse today of the first panels on the RR with Matte PPF.
I was a little worried at first, but it looks stunning. So a bit more excited now than i initially was.
