With Germany now in stricter conditions and UK following suit i wonder ( selfishly I know ) how this might impact our deliveries?

Health way more important of course and safety of everyone paramount.

This car better be worth waiting for and in the meantime will have to borrow sons 911

Are we aware of any direct impact on Porsche manufacturing yet?
Logistics in between ?
Will Porsche dealer be open in the UK in the next 4 weeks? Would they come under non essential retail?

I would hope they can deliver under that last clause, I’ll certaimly be pushing for them to. Either that or deliver it to me at home but I’d much rather collect from the showroom obviously and get come sort of occasion with the delivery if at all possible

I was booked in for my 4S collection from Reading on the 23rd of November (supposed to leave factory 27 October), although absolutely no idea where things stand currently! The dealer was very tight lipped when I called this morning.

Right now my main concern is getting it into the country before 1 January.

I’d hope we’ve progressed, understood and evolved from last time, and that a core presence will remain to prep and arrange collection. Don’t need a fancy showroom open, but can still supply cars Covid secure, and help balance economy/ cv.
