Issue with Service Info not updating in the car and app - UK

Hi,

I had my 2021 Taycan serviced in the UK and all went well but the workshop forgot to update the car when the service completes. I then did it as a self report in the car but Porsche Bournemouth are saying they reported this to Porsche UK but there is a problem in Germany with a Server which other customers are experiencing about the cloud service not updating the correct service values back into the car and also the Porsche APP (my app says the car needs a service!)

To me as a technologist this sounds very strange and I am trying to escalate to Porsche but I want to see if anyone else is having issues in the UK with the Porsche APP and car not reflecting the correct service history after a service.

I would appreciate any comments if you are having a similar issue(I have raised a ticket with Porsche Uk also)

im missing 18000 miles from before an update. Talk to Porsche tech there’s nothing they can do. Dealer blames Porsche software. Never ending circle.

I had the same problem with my previous J1.1, the smart service record in the car showing wrong milage records (a long way out) for historic services. Dealer tried several times to fix it but said the same, it was an issue involving Porsche Germany servers etc, they never managed to fix it. My J1.2 is in for its first service at the moment, will see if they've managed to fix this most basic of functions.

Which menus do you follow to access the car service history?

In the main PCM go to the icon Smart Service and you can see the service info

Go my car back after the first service, the same problem exists with J1.2 cars, the smart service record in the car shows incorrect mileage.

The MyPorsche app now shows the correct service and mileage which is nice. I’ll be keeping hard copy service documents in any case.

Did you get this resolved, I have the same problem I think, also with Porsche Bournemouth. The Service reception do not seem to have a clue how to deal with this, I have had to go back in about 3 times, Still no resolution,
