Exactly my point. Normal/nothing special.Sticker was $138k but no Taycan sells for sticker (at least 8% discount), so let's say 127k
The car is 1.5 years old - build date 11.07.2024.
You don't think 28k in 2 years is normal? The car already lost at least 10k when it drove out the dealership with 0 miles on it.
I don't see anything special here.
My local dealership offers 25% off new, any model any options, individual order (stock cars 30-35% off, calendar year 2025 cars). Formally with factory approval, but never refused an order yet.Sticker was $138k but no Taycan sells for sticker (at least 8% discount), so let's say 127k

wow nice, never heard that in France, at -25% I'd order right away the Cayenne EV I specedMy local dealership offers 25% off new, any model any options. Formally with factory approval, but never refused an order yet.
It is Taycan only, not Cayenne or not any other models.wow nice, never heard that in France, at -25% I'd order right away the Cayenne EV I speced![]()
oh ok, well could still be interesting if coupled to a 36 months lease and trade-in of my current Turbo J1.1It is Taycan only, not Cayenne or not any other models.
Interesting, but how much does the car cost in HUF compared to EUR? Are you sure there is not some FX shenanigans baked in there? My local dealership offers 25% off new, any model any options, individual order (stock cars 30-35% off, calendar year 2025 cars). Heir is the time to reevaluate the real life value of this EV.
I am afraid trade in value would be shocking. On the other hand no way to accept a Taycan as a trade-in.oh ok, well could still be interesting if coupled to a 36 months lease and trade-in of my current Turbo J1.1
No. We have EUR prices. We pay in EUR.Interesting, but how much does the car cost in HUF compared to EUR? Are you sure there is not some FX shenanigans baked in there?
Where were you 6 months ago?No. We have EUR prices. We pay in EUR.
I understand you... Unfortunately Porsche started to keep sells locally, so only for locals. I paid a price of it, since I could not extend my warranty in Austria, it is prohibited.Where were you 6 months ago?![]()
I got around 8% on my car from Germany, and I asked around and that was the going rate back then.I understand you... Unfortunately Porsche started to keep sells locally, so only for locals. I paid a price of it, since I could not extend my warranty in Austria, it is prohibited.
And I think 6 months ago it was 10-15%.
I paid MSRP for my GT3 in April, first (early) car.
Now they have 4 on stock for around 6 months, price 5-10% of...
Bad luck.
Trade in value matters a lot.I got around 8% on my car from Germany, and I asked around and that was the going rate back then.
But they did pay a really good price for my Turbo S. Other dealers were offering 10-15k less.
Yeah, I only "lost" 7k in value on the Turbo S after driving it for over half a year, so I consider that pretty decent.Trade in value matters a lot.
In Hungary, trade in is not so often 1/100 I guess
So did I understand correctly that you traded your car in in Germany, bought a new one and imported that to Estonia?Yeah, I only "lost" 7k in value on the Turbo S after driving it for over half a year, so I consider that pretty decent.
The Porsche center here did not want to buy it at all, they wanted to put it for sale, at a lower price than was offered in Germany and also collect 3% of the sale price.
They did offer me a 10% discount, but the destination fee is much higher here, so in the end the effective discount was not really any higher than in Germany.
