New 20” Michelin Primacy Tour All Season on CT4

I got almost 29,000 miles on the original Continental Procontact RX All Seasons. That appears to be better than most have achieved. I am assuming that’s because of all the highway miles I traveled vice trying to track my Taycan. The Continentals were ok, but the reviews on Tire Rack for the Michelins were very good, so thought I’ve give them a try. Had them sent to a new Discount Tire in Yule, Fl. and the folks there did a great job installing them without damaging my wheels.

those continentals still look like they had plenty of life, unless the pictures are making the tread look deeper than it actually is

They were down to about 4/32“. Could have gone a little longer, but we normally get a good amount of rain in SE Ga. and I didn’t want to take a chance getting into a situation where I got into an accident because my tire were worn.

In Europe, there is really not such a thing as "all seasons". I notice you live in a tempered climate, but do you ever drive in winter conditions with them and if so - how are they?

I stayed around 39 front and 42 back. Drove in a little snow this past December coming back from Pennsylvania, but no deep snow. The Continentals did well in that scenario. Just thought I would try the Michelins this time.

They didn’t say, but that was the only space open. They did an excellent job and only took 40 minor so.

The Michelins are a little quieter, buts that’s comparing them to worn Continentals. The difference between them is very small.

They do the same for my car. Maybe it's how they treat all Taycans?
