Help me out with smartlift function , Porsche says I don’t have it on 22’turboS

I've had mine for almost 2 years and twice the smart lift stopped working. It didn't lift on location. To fix it I had to log out of Porsche connect on PCM and log back in.

I know you mentioned that you don't the menu but maybe try logging out and in to see if that makes any difference.

Thank you for the advice. How can I do it? I guess it is not the account in the settings menu

Complete nonsense from dealer and Germany.

Smart Lift is standard with Air Suspension mind you on a 2022 Turbo S.

You must have the Lift button on the instrument cluster, but that is just a manual Lift.

Smart Lift is different which is a GPS signal dependent automatic lift using Saved GPS points and does disappear from menus when that signal is not available. Therefore, you need to go down the path of making sure the car is getting reliable GPS signal.

Mine does disappear from time to time so I am trained now to double check that it is actually Smart Lifting when I approach my Saved GPS points.

Yep, bullshit from this dealer, really surprising.
Funny @SergeyIndy I have 0 problem with the Smartlift (except sometimes I press it too close from previous location and then it doesn't offer to "save" the lift position, but that's normal)

Funny thing is those solution and answers come from Germany, so I hope I’m not missing something

My dealer didn't know why my future car (TT MY20) didn't show the Android Auto icon - he was honest though, telling me about another MY20 who benefitted from the update in late 2022.
I did my research, including here, and once I was 100% sure it should have it I pushed back heavily and finally obtained a fully functional MY20 with PCM SW v3885 (max version on a J1.1).
I've had in 6 months extremely few software/GUI problems compared to all I read here (just a very few hickups that never lasted long).
Turned out to be what I supposed, ie an update gone wrong, they resetted it to 0, re-did the updates (so they told me). Result : all fixed.

So maybe just push back with all this forum's experience, having no smartlif seems just crazy.
