I just got delivery of my '26 992.2S and the build quality is truly stunning in all respects.
The chassis is a brick and the suspension tuning/compliance is amazing.
The 3.0 Liter twin turbo is precise as a Swiss watch.
The design details cover every base.
If only it was an electric.

I think JD Power 2026 survey only sent to new owners that purchased their vehicles between 2025-2026. I gotta say the overall quality of 2025 is a lot better than 2022 Taycan.

It’s only about the first 3 months of new cars indeed and a very limited and specific number of things they look at. Porsche took no 1 with the 911. But the complete model list is nowhere to be found sadly

I actually did receive a mailer survey request from them after I bought my taycan. I looked into it because id happily answer a few questions for the sake of public knowledge, but then I found out it's a 30-40 minute survey. For WHAT? There's a zero chance in hell you're getting me to sit down and take a free 40 minute survey.

Who the hell answers these?

I’d rate my Taycan high for initial quality too. Indeed initial impressions are great. It feels solid, drove like a dream, everything looked amazing. It’s more the nitty gritty stuff underneath that wasn’t so amazing.

my Taycan turbo has been pretty solid….. however my Plaid MS was the best EV overall
