I am surprised that the headlights are do insert deeply; while looking good that is far from the most aero efficient especially range will be a paramount issue.
I wouldn't judge this vehicle based on the bodywork. That's just disguise while systems testing. The huge air intakes up front won't be required for an EV.

We do not definitively know but several have posted that they expect new-for-2027 Taycan model news to be released by Porsche in July and perhaps (hopefully) allocations starting in August.

If they could make the front and rear a bit more delicate/finessed (which isn't in the current Porsche design language), that could look really nice.

I hope they keep the J1.1 Taycan style headlight opening.

Charge port only at the rear....?

Underneath the camo, it has front bumper and intake like the new 911 with electric turbos (so gts and turbo s) + taycan headlights. The camo bumper adds at least 5-10 cm of extra length.

The rear, under the camo, is another light bar with porsche logo lighting in blue. The whole light bar can go blue around the stop lights that remain red - this might not make it to production, who knows.

1 single charging port, only the diffuser is under camo cladding/missing.

The side skirts are all camo cladding, to cover the air intakes on the sides. Would expect similar styling to the already existing 718

It’s still at nurburing pretty much every day

718EVis happening, 7 seater Cayenne EV is happening. This and next year will be major for Porsche. Curious what will happen with ICE Cayenne. Feels a bit weird two platforms share the Cayenne name.

This one looks production ready. Those side air intakes are maybe for rear wheel air curtains.

I don't have space for a 2-seater in my life currently, but I absolutely want to test drive this WHEN (not if!) it becomes available. Exciting to see this picture.

Instead of the butthole exhaust we get the butthole charge port!
