Yes. The Olea is very high quality and has a very premium feel to it. You notice the quality not just on the seats, but the dash and other places with leather as well. The Olea combined with the neodyme and wood really give the cabin a luxury feel.

You won't miss it. I turn it on maybe 5% of the time I drive, if that. If you want to race someone, it doesn't help anyway. You have to open all of the windows and very loudly growl "VROOM, VROOM" to get any takers.
