Yesterday marked 365 days since I picked up my TTS. One year exactly in the books and I hit 11,111 miles driven:
The biggest shock after 1 year of daily driving a Porsche Taycan Turbo S: ZERO SPEEDING TICKETS. I have no idea how that happened. I can only assume good luck because it wasn't...
I don't think I can add much to this thread other than to echo this comment. I came from an S560 to the TTS. My biggest concern was that the Taycan wouldn't be as luxurious. I'm about a year into ownership and I've never regretted my decision once. The Taycan really is a perfect combination...
I essentially grabbed a 2020 that was still on the lot for a huge discount. It was specced exactly how I would have done it myself. I just rolled over 10,000 trouble-free miles. Best car I've ever owned and not a single issue. I would not avoid a CPO, especially one that has already been...
I just hit 10,000 miles this past weekend and my experience is as follows:
1. Have they been quiet/noisy?
I only notice/hear a squeaking in when the brakes are wet for the first stop or two.
2. Any noticeable difference in cold weather? (I have seen some posts about wet weather already)...
I don't think it's a setting. I also don't think you're stupid. I think this is one of those fun Taycan "features" like randomly disappearing radio favorites.
Sometimes when I get in my car, both seat heaters are on at the middle setting. Sometimes, both are on the lowest setting...
I love the Mission E in Satin Platinum and wouldn't change mine for anything. That being said, for the cost of upgrading during the build where you are forced to upgrade brakes as well, I'd probably go for the Vossen. I had Vossen on my last car and loved them. Order your build with the...
I get the SiriusXM antenna error EVERY SINGLE TIME I get in the car. However, it doesn't seem to affect the use of satellite radio at all. If SiriusXM is the selected source when I start the car, it starts almost immediately. If a different source is selected, it takes about 60 seconds for...
As far as I can tell, it's just a thing that happens at random. I'll go weeks without losing favorites and then it will happen 3 days in a row. All of my software is up to date as far as I know. Luckily, I have the passenger screen and drive my daughter to school every day, so she just adds...
I find that whole indicator to be very confusing and possibly inaccurate. Based on the chart that was linked above, the spoiler should be raising at certain speeds based on the driving mode that you're in. In my 7 months of ownership, I've only ever seen the indicator on when in Sport Plus...
I am on an iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 15.0.1 and have not had any issues. However, there are known issues with iPhone 13 and iOS 15 and CarPlay:

I don't have too much to add that hasn't already been said. I daily drive my TTS every day. I've never had a better daily driver. It can be what you make of it: cruise in normal mode or blow a Ferrari off of the line in Sport Plus. It's eminently controllable.
It's great to know that if the...
I did this as well for the reasons stated above (charge in garage and driveway if needed) and also so that I can charge cars in 2 bays from a single outlet.
Yes. The Olea is very high quality and has a very premium feel to it. You notice the quality not just on the seats, but the dash and other places with leather as well. The Olea combined with the neodyme and wood really give the cabin a luxury feel.
I have Neodyme with the Olea beige/black interior (and wood option). I love the look of the Neodyme and would not change. It was a must have for me, especially combined with the wood. Pictures here:

Interesting the issues people are having with wireless charging. I've never had an issue with getting wireless charging to start on my iPhone 12 Pro (soon to be 13 Pro ), but I have had the phone overheat. I have NEVER before had an iPhone of any model overheat to the point that it shuts...
You won't miss it. I turn it on maybe 5% of the time I drive, if that.
If you want to race someone, it doesn't help anyway. You have to open all of the windows and very loudly growl "VROOM, VROOM" to get any takers.
