Depends on what type of paint. Of it's like house paint, you can probably use paint remover on top of ppf and it would be fine... So long you don't just let it dwell. If it's like over spray, I think you could proba ly claybar it. Did you have ceramic applied on top of the ppf? The way I see...

Ppf does self heal, to an extent. The self healing is initiated by heat. Try a heat gun or just park it in the sun.

I suspect the overall demand is down. Look at the used taycan market in the US. It shows that inventory is creeping up and prices are coming down.

I wouldnt worry about the cover rubbing because it's usually wind the causes the most problems. In a NYC garage, the only wind there is when the guy had a bad burrito.

If the specs are exactly what I want, I'd go with a low mileage 22 with hopefully minimal to no rock chips and obviously all original paint. A 23 feels like more $ for less delivered.
