Agree. Was in the same position as had an early 2020 car with the basic PCM 6. One of the reasons I decided to change for a GTS this year as the PCM system was painful to use.

I think Porsche have been overwhelmed with the number of complaints around the PCM so are trying to address these from both a hardware and software perspective…

My understanding from speaking to my dealer last night is that this will also include a hardware update for new builds just as it did around this time last year. He confirmed beginning in week 7 from when the first GTS builds are starting.

The announcement today is slightly different. Includes additional features such as Spotify integration etc.

Who said the models that have Matrix lights as standard wont be getting them? I checked earlier this week with my dealer and they confirmed they would be on my GTS order...

Strange - spoke to my OPC yesterday about matrix lights. Said there wasn't an issue with them on the GTS. Have to lock the config down in a few days for build at the end of February - delivery in March.

Shame Porsche don't offer that type of grey without going down the PTS route. Looks amazing.

Quite a big premium but definitely breaks up all the black and adds quite a bit of contrast. Looks good IMO.

Probably bad software coding than hardware. Doubt there is a spinner inside - but who knows the whole PCM implementation is way behind the competition.

Thanks - made my mind up. Agree definitely breaks up the interior and gives it more texture. Doesn’t look like in the UK at least you can opt for ventilated seats with RaceTex.

Just configuring up my spec for a GTS and lockdown is fast looming in a couple of weeks. From what I’ve read most people are choosing leather rather than RaceTex? Anyone gone all out and ticked the GTS interior package option?

Matrix headlights in black are still listed under standard features. Is the dealer saying this is no longer available?

I’m in the UK. Ordered on launch day.
