That padded material where the damage is, isn't what is covering the battery.
What you are seeing are probably mountingpoints of the front drive-motor (a guess), nothing battery-related.
for reference, here they walk under the taycan, going to the front of the car:

I think yoppdk could be right, could be waze ... I've had it in the past where it would just play some chime instead of saying "entering average speed zone".
Maybe it's alerting you for the bumps.
Or it's your dashcam that's very sensitive and is saving the clip as it thinks you've been in an...
I had to stop watching that video halfway through. Edited by somebody with ADHD I assume, no time to focus on something. (I might be getting old)
Anyway, car looks nice in white, no clue why they went with yellow to show the car ... probably decided by the same people who approved that video...
This is the second time, first time was almost 2 years / 25K km ago.
Fun fact, 2 years ago car was 2 or 3 weeks out of warranty when the OBC died, had to pay a little over €800 + VAT for work to replace the 22kw, and a very small portion of the actual part ... at that time the 22kw didn't have...
Here also a 11kw replacement for the 22kw that failed (again) a week ago.
No word on the type/amount of compensation yet ... they sure didn't bring that up themselves.
Tires over inflated?
Or similar as AutoX mentioned, perhaps the tire shop forgot to put the car in jack stand mode before working on the car and now the suspension is out of alignment.

It could be one of the front fans that has some dirt/stones in it ... or it's seized and the humming your hear is the motor of the fan trying to spin but it's stuck, most likely the one on the right.
When it happens, leave the car "on" and have a listen near your right front tyre.
Is it a private car or does the price include (some) deductible VAT?
The EV market in that price range is still mainly businesses, margin/private cars tend to get lower prices.
If it's no longer covered by a warranty, that will also result in a lower price.
You can try to sell it through a car...

you can remove the top part by pushing back the 2 hooks as shown in the first picture, from there the bolts for the screen should be visible.
Check if your front fans are running, if I'm not mistaken the one on the UK drivers' side needs to blow some hot air into the wheel-arch. (turn your front wheels all the way to the left so you can check if the fan is spinning freely).
I had the same issue a while ago, right fan was blocked...
it says the paddles are for activating attack mode and setting energy recovery ... no mention of them being for (simulated) gear shifts.
In the etron I used the paddle shifters frequently to adjust energy recovery, while others never use them.
